spiritual director and directee form an alliance
where they focus on the movement of the Spirit in
the directee's life. Many spiritual practices can
be explored. All discussions are held in strict
confidence. |

While there are many similarities between
spiritual direction and psychotherapy, there are
differences. Both offer a safe haven where
struggles, longings, and ponderings can be
expressed. One's spiritual life is the focus in
spiritual direction where space is provided to
contemplate life's most sacred questions and
invitations. |
